Default My glosso wont grow. please help!

Hey everyone! For some unidentified reason my glosso is not growing very fast. It is growing in power sand and aquasoil, it has small leaves and long stems, it Is pale in color, and does not grow fast. What should I do?

I added some extra aquasoil in the foreground, where the glosso is growing.

Dosing ferts? Do you know how much co2 you are getting in the tank (ppm)?

i had the same problem before wherein the glosso leaves where pale, added trace (more on iron) and it got better. but im not sure if substrate matters, i am using riversand over garden soil.

I'm having a similar issue. That is, glosso growing vertically despite pressurized CO2, aquasoul, and high lighting. ADA Aquasoil should be good to grow your glosso without much additional supplements in the initial setup. I mentioned in another thread, I think it's because my bulbs are two years old, so I'm going to replace them soon. In addition to the fertilizing suggestions above, perhaps you need to change them out too?
