I have planted my HC for a a couple month, but it seem like not spread well.. for my case, I just add ferropol weekly and I am using ADA amazonia soil.. My tenperature is around 27-28C. So, should I use any other fertilizer? And, I am thinking of to separate the HC into small piece and re-plant.. Is it will make them to spread well?

Yes, definitely seperate the HC and plant stem by stem. It will help it grow faster and spread evenly.
Also be sure to supply it with lots of CO2 and light. Your temperature seems alright for HC. Fert wise, it can grow pretty decently in Aquasoil without much fertilizer attention (especially if your substrate is new). -John N.
