Default Algea on shrimp

Hi

Got an old shrimp that is growing his on super on itself

Tell me wath you think of the picture and wath i could do to make them even better.

Don't think I've seen algae on a shrimp before. Neat shots!

maybe your water is too soft - check it, if it is so than your shrimp probably havent changed its skin for a long time. ad some KH/GH booster or shrimp minerals into the water to help your shrimpo build a new skin (they do change them the whole life long )

anyway it is very unusual - i would check the minerals if there are enough
or maybe this one is 10 years old sheads only rerely

Certainly a unique shot of your shrimp. It must have had its skin for a few days to grow such an algae tan, or maybe your tank is algae infested?

In anycase, definitely enjoyed the shot!

Can tell that the tank is infested with algae, the shrimp stepping on the stones got BBA! The tank need to be rescue!!!...

Algea on sea turtle is i sign of good healt that mean they get a good mineral nutition with goes in the shell that feed the algea at lieat that what a read but never realy confirm.

And the tank is not infested with algea it is well control the problem was my timmer brake down and was gone for a week so light have been on for the hole week now that is fix and everyting back to normal.
