Default Really true

In reading this article I found Roy states some important things:
1) there is no universal recype every aquarium is unique and you should discover with a learning process and find your way (very zen :-) image).
2) Low light aquariums stay for more time and may be wornderful as those plenty of light
3) Balance is the secret (zen again :-) )

With my personal experience I share this points with Roy and I find that are the keys for this hobby near a forth point: some aestetich sense is required.

(excuse me for my poor english).

Well written and can appeal to the newbie. The focus on lower light is wise.
Few listen to that. Sure reduces the potential for error!
I think many folks simply have to make some mistakes to learn their lesson no matter what the rest of us tell them. So hearing it again helps.

Can't argue with success - your tanks are gorgeous Roy - and much more so in person as compared to the photos - as impressive as they may be.

You didn't mention water changes - what is/was your routine? I know at one point you were doing 75-80% PWC weekly...
