Very neat job! I build mine on similar way (laminate-lined), but with less profesional tool - regarding to trimming the laminate with a router. Here is an alternative to do that with half-rounded rasp (for metal). It's going pretty fast, about 30 sec. per meter
You just have to grind only when going towards afore with rasp, to avoid laminate cracking. Picture will describe that better than me ![]() ![]() |
