It would be interesting to see it without the rotala in the left side ? Makes it a triangular setup with an iwagumi inside

Wow tough crowd! Although I could see what Kristoffer is saying I think the scape works this way as well. It's extremely beautiful (definitely not boring). I love the way the hairgrass creates all that depth and interest. Plant health looks top notch as well.

Plant health is spectacular, and the layout has a strong foundation to it, so good job! But I agree that the layout seems too symmetrical. Not that that's bad, because I'm not one of those purists that measures out the phi ratio or anything like that... but the way my eyes interpret things, that rock right smack in the center is RIGHT SMACK IN THE CENTER, and it is distracting in a way. I feel like my eyes want to span back and forth and take the whole scape in, but they keep getting "boxed in" at the very centerpoint of the tank. I don't even think it's the softscape that seems to symmetrical-- I want to say it's just that the rock is right smack in the middle of the tank, almost like you measured it exactly, to be that way on purpose.

But it's nitpicky kind of stuff. At a glance, it is a lush, green, beautiful tank, so good job!

Thanks everyone!
To be honest it was my first serious attempt to that kind of aquascape, and the stones weren't really perfect shaped for it so I am quite satisfied with the final effect.
Anti-Pjerrot, I just don't feel your vison, sorry
The main stone is in the center, I can't remember now, if I've done it on purpose or acidentally, but I have a feeling that moving it left would make it less visible - I guess it should be bigger then. And moreover I like to be original - don't know if it's a good thing though
Thanks again for the comments!

Hi

I can picture myself on the couch watching the fish enjoy this tank. I like it because it is simple.

Very nice

I like the way you use Eleocharis and rotala together!
IMO the rock in the middle should be moved a bit to the right or left, but except that i really like the scape.

Thanks for the comments! As for the rock - I wrote my opinion in my previous post, so I won't repeat myself

I couldn't agree more. The plants look amazing. Only thing I would change is the height of the rotala on the sides of the aquarium to give it more shape (concavity). But as it stands, it still looks stunning.

Green is NOT boring in this scape!
