I agree with the background. I think a light blue or a white background would be better.

The stemplants could be trimmed better too, and the Cryptocoryne Wendtii 'Green' don't add as much as a darker crypt could. Maybe use a Wendtii Brown?

Composition is good and pleasing - the path is very good with the driftwood crossing over - perhaps a few cm more sand in the back would add more debth.

The Ludwigia peruensis is placed perfect IMO - very good.

Rotala sp. 'Nanjenshan' - I don't know if it should be trimmed to a perfect bush or have a more wild look - if the Hemianthus micranthemoides (If that is the one in front of the Nanjenshan) were a perfect trimmed bush - the Nanjenshan could be wild. But as it is now it gives a little confusion.

Plant health is looking good.

Just an opinion.... driftwood on the left kinda blends in with the background. Perhaps replacing it with the same lighter color as the other's and positioned a little lower would work more. And also I think that removing that driftwood at the front path will bring out the already existing visual depth made by your sand path.

Thanks everyone for the comments, especially the criticism!

I tried to take a photo with white background too, but it didn't satisfied me. I think I would need another lamp for the backlight, as I only had one 18W bulb, which was not able to do it properly. Next time I hope to be better prepared The dark driftwood is aimed towards the front glass a bit - so it was shadowed, as the light didn't reach it - that's why it is so dark.

I agree that I could made this scape look much better. I am totally unsatisfied with the right side. The problem was, that I had placed the aquarium in a new place which was in front of the window (quite foolishly, huh?) and I continuously had problems with algae - every dose of micro was visible in a short time, not in the plants though. That's why I decided to rescape it in other place. I was thinking of moving the whole tank across the room, but it was too risky, I guess.
About the crypt - I didn't even think of a brown one, and now I see that you are totally right - it would look much better.

As I wrote above - I am not glad with the right side, but actually I like Rotala's effect.

Thanks again!

EDIT: About the driftwood on the path It is a bit controversial - some people like it, other don't. I liked it, and that's why I didn't remove it.
