I like this layout very much. Theres a strong setup with a lot of good things, but it could use some tweaking.
The swordplant and straight driftwood in the left is disturbing because its bright and out op place with the stronger convex shape of the layout.
You could remove the straight driftwood to the left, and try if the swordplant could be placed right behind the central driftwood and spread out a little (so that it wont be centering) or remove it completely.
The tenellus thats tuching the glass is making the tank look claustrophobic and too bright in that place. You will get a much better view of the tank if you remove a lot of it, and only leave the some close to the driftwood.
Then you could improve the debth sense of the tank by using smaller rocks/gravel in front of the tenellus, this will also ad to the "mystic" sense - instead of the bright tenellus.
The use of black background contra the bright ferns contra the dark driftwood is very good, but could be improved by removing some ferns and opening up under the driftwood to make it look stronger.
The vallisneria is good as a background plant in this layout, but would be better if it was placed more in the center.
Otherwise: The driftwood placement is overall very good. The use of fern and moss gives freshness and softness to the layout.
The angels are looking very good in this tank. Perhaps some neons?
