It seems to me that your first scape failed because of too little co2 injection or not frequent enough maintenance regime.
The New scape is looking good. Please Tell us what your Maintenance Regime is?

yeah.. i think so. because my co2 injection is only from yeast. i cant afford to buy pressurized co2

my maintenance regime?
water change 30% once a week,
fert: 4ml macro+ and 2ml micro+ three times a week
change yeast every 3weeks to keep my co2 supply

I´m doing more frequent water changes, the smaller the tank the more often I change the water. If once a week than a minimum of 50%.

Maybe you can increase the bbl rate with multiple yeast bottles?

May be it is worth to think about bell type DIY reactor, to get more stable co2 level with east system. There is even possibility to make adjustable "bell" type reactor, where you can adjust contact area. This could by don using simple pet bottle with peace of 19mm hose. You can se how it is made in here. Adjustment can be made by moving 19mm hose up or down because of bottle neck shape (it is cone).
Sorry for my English, but I hope you'll understand what I mean.
P.S. idea for such solutions does not belongs to me.

@Jur4ik: thnx for your suggestion bro.. but i think with 2x1,5L bottle is enough to supply co2 for 60L tank.. it produce 1-1.5bps for 2-3weeks. and there are no algae problem after i use reactor (just a few thread algae at Java Moss)

@knocker: thnx for the link bro.. thats a good DIY reactor. but unfortunately i can't understand the language .. i just look the picture.. can't understand how that reactor works.
i am using max-mix reactor to dissolve the co2, and it works good

but for my nano tanks, i only use cigarette filter for diffuser... its very effective to me..

that's ok, your english isn't bad bro...
my english isn't good instead
the important think is i know what you mean, and you know what i mean

yeah..yea.. you absolutely right,, the cotton start to rot after a week and the bubbles start to bigger...
so i changed it every weeks, when i do the water change.
its lucky i'm smoker so i have a lot of cigarette filter supply
i realize the cigarette not always harmful, it can be useful sometimes..

That's a great idea for the nano tank, simple yet effective.
I tried making holes in the tube with a pin, but the bubbles were still too big and it made a series of squeaking sounds as the gas was forced through the holes.
Does the cigarette filter method make any noise?

Cheers James

no.. it doesn't. it very effective for yeast co2, because yeast produce low pressure co2 and can't flow trough glass diffuser.

just try it james, satisfied guarantee
or if youre not a smoker, you can subtitute with cotton bud.
this is the cotton bud diffuser video, but this one with pressurized CO2 i think

I'm curious, what makes you assume an overdose of ferts caused your initial algae outbreak? Nutrients don't cause algae.

hmm.. not just because ferts i thought..
the unbalanced between ferts, CO2 and lighting destroyed my tank

imo, the fern (at the tallest driftwood) should be placed at the bottom edge instead of the top edge bro... it will grow big =)
other than that, it looks great bro...
