Hi Arelav

That's amazing for a first tank, particularly as it is only 20 litres, nanos are not easy.
Please post some specs for the tank: lighting, CO2 etc.

Regards James

you have obviously put a lot of thought into the technical aspects of your setup, I'm very impressed.
In the last photo it looks like you are pumping your CO2 directly into the filter outlet through a hyperdermic needle, Genius idea. please tell me, does this needle method produce very small bubbles?

Cheers James

Hi Jur4ik, James Marshall,

Thanks for your praise

Needle inserted at the time, because I'm waiting ordered dispenser. The filter will also be an external later. Bubbles are broken inside the flute very well.

I apologize for my English

For a first setup very nice, congrats! Looking at the tank you have two focal points (Cluster of Branches and the rock grouping). I think it would have been more effective to have the branches and rock grouping work together as one main group. Nevertheless it is a nice tank.

Hi Jur4ik,

I understood that you know Russian language, according to your nick. I too am glad to get acquainted, thanks for your support.

I have two mac-mini, but monitors DELL, they are better for color quality. One belongs to me, the second - my wife.

But the system I'm using Windows Xp, as much MacOS(FreeBSD) many errors in recent versions, although I can work with any system.

Thanks for the info on the needle, I'm considering using this method as a permanent solution, as internal equipment can be very distracting in nano tanks.
Also your english is fine, no need to apologize.

Cheers James

The tank has grown in very well, the plants look even healthier now.
I think the Eleocharis could do with a prune, to add some shape to it.

Cheers James

Question Aquasys Bubble Counter

Hi folks! I'm new to this forum, i stumbled upon it recently.

The reason why I am posting in this thread is that I saw that beautiful Aquasys bubble counter (and CO2 test, correct me if I'm wrong) here and I wanted to ask, if someone knows where I could get those, too. I googled for it but found nothing...

I hope somebody could help me :-)

Kind regards
Pascal

Phoenix : try Aquatics online : Aquarium CO2 Systems however I guess it may be a problem ordering from switzerland (co2 in planes ) maybe try and find a dealer on the manufacturer page HYDOR componenti per acquari

Arelav - Truly amazing and the photography on those inverts even surpasses your scaping skill. Is this really your first attempt at an aquascape?? Watch out Amano!

craigshaw859 - In February, I launched the first aquarium to 200 liters, but today I realized that I like aquascape. and in May I made my first at 20 liters, and recently (07-24-2009) at 2.5 liters.
