I would try to keep the E. triandra and the hairgrass separated, if not you'll have a huge invasive mess that will only be fixed by tearing up the foreground and replanting (from my experience at least).
The crypt in the front looks more like C. willisii x lucens - it can get large in different setups but in my nanos tend to stay reasonable in size.
I agree with Jhouse - the rocks in the middle could use some work - if you can arrange them so it looks like one or two rocks, rather than a rocks piled on each other that would look great.
